It's cold outside and we've been craving warming comfort food! If there's one vegetable that we can't live without, it's sweet potatoes. We'll take baked sweet potato fries any day, but with this recipe we decided to take it up a notch and make a complete meal that's even better and is a wonderful paleo and grain free friendly meal.
If you are vegetarian and don't eat turkey, you could even sub in tempeh instead and crumble it up to take the place of ground meat. The spices here are complimented by the sweetness of the potatoes and add in the zip of avocado crema, and you'll have happy taste buds!
